P&H MILLING GROUP – SASKATOON
Strategically located in the center of the Canadian Prairie wheat growing area, our Saskatoon mill produces flour products milled primarily from Canadian Western Red Spring Wheat, known for its consistent quality and superior baking characteristics. Products from the Saskatoon mill are distributed across Canada, the US, and export markets.
This mill produces a wide selection of hard wheat flours, barley flour, and pot and pearled barley. Flour is available in bulk, paper bags, or totes. The mill also produces private label flour for retail and wholesale markets. Other products in the lineup are wheat bran, wheat germ, cracked wheat and crushed wheat. Flour is available as private label or branded.
PARRHEIM FOODS – SASKATOON
Parrheim Foods, located in Saskatoon, processes peas, beans and waxy hulless barley varieties. From these locally grown grains, we extract flours, rich in starch, protein or fiber. As our process is purely mechanical, the ingredients we produce remain natural, functional and nutritious and have proven value in meeting these needs in a wide range of recipes. P&H MILLING GROUP – LETHBRIDGE
Dating back to 1906, our Lethbridge mill is located in the heart of Alberta grain country, and on key distribution routes, which enables us to serve customers across Alberta and British Columbia as well as throughout the rest of Canada, the US, and export markets.
This mill produces a variety of hard wheat flours, soft wheat flour, rye flour, durum semolina and Atta; in bulk (rail or truck), paper bags or totes. Other products include whole grain flour and organic flours. Flour is available as private label or branded.

In Cambridge we have four separate milling units, our state of the art facility mills hard and soft wheat into superior quality flour for the retail, industrial and food service markets. P&H Milling Group is a major producer of private label and specialty blends to suit our customer’s needs and specifications. The Company-owned delivery fleet enables P&H Milling Group to deliver bulk flour, bagged flour and totes on time to our customers throughout Ontario, Michigan and New York State.
A complete testing lab allows our Quality Assurance team to track and control product quality. In addition, new product formulations are developed and tested allowing P&H Milling Group to take a leadership role in the future of industry baking trends.

Our Acton mill in the community of Halton Hills has been in operation since the early 1800’s. With recent, extensive growth and upgrades we have become an environmentally sustainable mill ready to meet the growing needs of our customers. The Acton mill is a manufacturer of bulk hard, soft and whole wheat flours; offering bulk delivery service to the bakery and food service market throughout Ontario.
The employees and Company have built our business by working hard to provide the best combination of service and quality products, all at competitive prices. Our quality control laboratory monitors all flour milled on a continual basis to assure consistent quality and food safety. The laboratory is also utilized to help our customers develop and custom blend flour to suit their specific needs.

The Hanover Ontario mill established in 1855 has evolved today processing wheat flour on three modern milling units. We manufacture hard, soft, organic and cereal products to our customers throughout North America. Our products are available in bagged, tote and bulk deliveries.
We are fortunate to be located in one of the most diverse wheat growing landscapes in the world with access to numerous Canadian wheat classes within southwestern Ontario and Western Canada. Buying locally grown wheat allows us to continue to help develop our local food system along with continued support to wheat producers.

The Halifax mill serves the Atlantic Provinces, Eastern United States, and export markets in the Eastern Hemisphere. The Halifax operation utilizes high quality Western wheat and many quality local wheat varieties. Primary flour products include hard wheat flour, soft wheat flour, whole wheat flour, natural flour, no-time flour, and pizza flour in bulk, paper bags, or totes. The lineup of other products includes wheat bran, white whole wheat flour, whole grain flour, durum semolina, cracked wheat, crushed wheat. Flour is available as private label or branded.
The mill in Halifax also produces dry mixes, bases and custom blends for bread, cookies, muffins, cakes, doughnuts, and other bakery products.

The P&H mill in Montreal serves customers throughout Quebec and parts of the US market. The mill primarily uses carefully selected Western Red Spring Wheat and Quebec grown wheat when available for its production of hard wheat flour, whole wheat flour, no-time flour, pizza flour, and bread flour in bulk, paper bags, or totes. The lineup of other products includes wheat bran, white whole wheat flour, whole grain flour, durum semolina, cracked wheat, crushed wheat.
